Expression Encoder

In Microsoft Media center I came a cross a product named "Expression
Encoder".
What is the main difference between this software and the old known Windows
Media Encoder ver. 9.0?

In Microsoft Media center I came a cross a product named "Expression
Encoder".
What is the main difference between this software and the old known Windows
Media Encoder ver. 9.0?

Expression has a range of additional features, including template and
thumbnail generation for Silverlight content (actually, the thumbnails
are usable anywhere) and the ability to import Quicktime MOV content
for encoding, which WME can't by default.

The codec selection is somewhat restricted from WME9..
